At PatBO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene liners are intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; you will receive a refund or exchange confirmation once our team inspects the items.
